Packers schedule gradually announced

(247NEWSSOURCE) – The Green Bay Packers will host at least one Monday Night Football game this season.

The NFL announced that Green Bay will host the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles on November 10th.

The Packers lost to the Eagles in both the regular season and playoffs last season.

It was previously announced that the Packers will play the Bears in Chicago the Saturday before Christmas.

The rest of the league schedule will be released later today.

More play action: Packers offensive co-ordinator Adam Stenovich spoke with the media earlier this week and said among other things that he is hoping to get more out of play action.

Why will play action be more effective this year?

On the other side of the ball: Packers defensive co-ordinator Jeff Hafley is hoping rookies Barryn Sorrell and Collin Oliver can help the pass rush.

Hafley is also confident in run defense even after losing TJ Slaton.
