The founders of Carbliss, the zero-calorie cocktail company begun in Plymouth, have once again been honored for their entrepreneurship. Adam and Amanda Kroener have been named among the 2025 winners in the Midwest Region as “Entrepreneur Of The Year” by Ernst & Young. That firm has been celebrating success with the award for 40 years.
Carbliss was founded by the Kroeners six years ago, and quickly grew by some 27,000 percent over the past three years. Its product now dominates its category as the number-1 Ready-to-Drink cocktails sold in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and both North and South Dakota.
Ram Ramanan, Ernst & Young’s Program Director for the awards, said the Midwest Entrepreneurs of the Year are “trailblazers who redefine excellence and set new benchmarks in their industries”, adding that “They set the standard for scaling businesses while prioritizing their employees, customers and communities.”
