The National Weather Service is advising that rains could add up to over two inches during the next several days.
Forecasters are seeing a stationary front setting up over central Wisconsin that will serve as the focus for activity. Scattered storms will result today, and although a “washout” isn’t expected, any storms that do form could produce heavy rainfall, and the more vigorous storms could contain gusty and damaging winds.

NWS Graphic
Projections put Sheboygan County’s rainfall potential at anywhere from a half, up to two inches of rain through Thursday night and the chance of exceeding that is less than 20%, although areas from Madison and the Dells on westward have significant chances of seeing over three inches through the period.
